Description The MyCycler thermal cycler system is used for conventional PCR and thermal gradient applications. This system includes the MyCycler personal thermal cycler, which features a 96-well reaction module for use with 0.2 ml tubes or plates, programmable time, temperature, and protocol options, and both algorithm and block modes of temperature control. The system also includes PCR tubes, iTaq DNA polymerase, power cord, quick reference guide, and instructions.
