Company DASGIP AG
Item Multi-Pump Module MP4

Description Continuous flow of media and other fluid sources for 4 vessels while occupying little lab space

The speed of each individual pump is controlled electronically. Both, speed and flow set points, are exactly maintained.

High-precision controlled peristaltic pumps can be equipped with variable tube types, which allows flow rates between 0.01 to 5 L/h with the standard module. The in built calibration ensures reproducible results. Several operation modes are available: continuous operation with preset flow rates or dispense mode with a preset volume and freely selectable flow rate.

The MP4 Module has its own microprocessor. One or more modules can be operated with a PC using the DASGIP EasyAccess Software, delivered with every DASGIP Module.

Multi-Pump Modules are tried and tested components of the DASGIP Cultivation Systems fedbatch-pro® and cellferm-pro® for microbiology and cell culture.

  • Dimensions (W x L x H): 11.9” x 12.6” x 7.5”
  • Ambient conditions: 5 °C to 40 °C; max. 80 % rH
  • Power Supply: typ. 45 VA at 230, 32 VA at 115 V
  • Flow rates: 0.01 - 5 L/h

Please consider that ranges in volumes, speed etc, can refer to versions or different spare parts.

Number of parallel operations: Up to 4 feedlines per module. Up to 3 modules stackable.
