Item Mouse Anti-TATA Binding Proteins (TBP) Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated, Clone ITBP20
Price $341.00
Description Monoclonal Antibody against TATA Binding Proteins (TBP).

Ascites

Antibody ITBP20 was raised against recombinant human TBP and recognizes amino acids 41-57 and may be useful in applications where N-terminal fragmentation of TBP occurs. This antibody does not inhibit the activity of TBP (prepared either as a nuclear extract or as a minimal activity extract) in a DNA transcription assay.

This antibody is effective in immunoblotting and DNA supershift assays.

*Predicted MW = 38 kD.
