Description This antibody is specific for human cardiac troponin subunit T, a 31kDa protein involved in transmitting the Ca-binding signals responsible for contraction of cardiac muscle. It reacts with subunit T of the troponin complex in human cells. It also cross-reacts with human skeletal troponin T (23.2% by ELISA).
Antigen: Highly purified human cardiac troponin T
This antibody is suitable for staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues.
