Description The Model 175 tube gel cell is a stand-alone apparatus that runs polyacrylamide tube gels for 2-D electrophoresis applications. The upper buffer chamber can accommodate twelve 4-8 mm OD tubes 9-23 cm long for isoelectric focusing (IEF) applications. The tube cell includes upper buffer chamber and cooling core, lower buffer chamber, lid with cables, grommets, stoppers to fit all compatible sizes of glass tubes, leveling bubble, and instructions.
