Description The Model 111 mini IEF cell is an apparatus dedicated to general analytical isoelectric focusing (IEF) using polyacrylamide or agarose slab gels. The cell includes the electrophoresis chamber and lid, graphite electrodes, casting tray, 5 glass plates, 50 sheets of gel support film for polyacrylamide, 5 sample templates, and instructions. Dimensions are 21 x 11.5 x 4.2 cm.
