Description Provides a fast and easy method for the isolation of an enriched mitochondrial fraction from mammalian tissues. Most of the isolated mitochondria will contain inner and outer membranes. The kit contains extraction buffers for both functional studies and proteome profiling. Also included is a storage buffer for intact mitochondria.
