Description MicroVigene is the one mouse-click image analysis software for microarray including DNA/RNA and protein/antibody. It is the solution for high quality and high throughput array system images. MicroVigene is empowered with VigeneTechs robust algorithms, actual spot boundary, flexible grid, regional 2D-curve fitting background correction and dust removal, enhancing the accuracy of spots quantification. Modulated quantitative and qualitative protein array data analysis are completely integrated with image analysis to provide a single end-to-end solution. The final result, the original image, spots quantification and reference curve are all in a single screen for easy visualization. MicroVigene provides fully automated solution and complete customization that meet your exact needs through the plug-in open architect.
