Nonanoyl-N-methylglucamide

White solid. Water-soluble detergent with nondenaturing properties. Can be readily removed by dialysis. Useful reagent for membrane research. Purity: ≥98% by HPLC. Absorbance (10%, H2O, 260 nm): <0.6. Soluble in H2O. CMC 19 - 25 mM. CAS 85261-19-4, M.W. 335.5.
