Description These primers are designed for sequencing inserts cloned into M13/pUC-based plasmids, plasmids containing the SP6, T7, or T3 RNA polymerase promoters, or lambda gt10 and gt11 vectors. They are supplied at a concentration of 0.1 µg/µl in water. The primers are functionally tested in DNA sequencing reactions using SequiTherm™ EXCEL™ II DNA Polymerase with an end-labeled primer protocol.
