Description LabShare for Vector NTI allows you to store and manage very large amounts of molecular biology data in a secure central relational database. Storing and managing data in this way creates an invaluable resource for clone tracking and enables you to locate your data easily for immediate analysis. LabShare software integrates seamlessly with Invitrogen's desktop sequence analysis applications Vector NTI Advance on Windows PCs and Vector NTI Suite on Macs running OS X. By combining these products you can create a robust widely accessible solution for large-scale sequence analysis. LabShare software contains many security and tracking features to protect your critical sequence information including the ability to partition subsets of data for access under controlled conditions. The central database is also configured to be searched using BLAST. Non-technical personnel can easily perform routine administration of the system through an intuitive web-based interface. These features create a comprehensive and affordable solution for organizations seeking to securely and centrally manage the efforts of their molecular biology researchers.
