Description InnoScan700 is a fluorescence scanner with 1 or 2 color(s), suitable for all biochip (Staggered/Orange Packing, Protein, CGH, ) spotted on standard slides combining performance with cost-effectiveness. Nowadays, the range of InnoScan700 scanners include three different models:
  • InnoScan700A is a simultaneous dual fluorescence scanner (635nm and 532nm).
  • InnoScan700R is a fluorescence scanner with 1 color (635nm) compatible with CY5, Alexa 647 ou Alexa 660 fluorophores.
  • InnoScan700G is a fluorescence scanner with 1 color (532nm) compatible with CY3, Alexa 546 ou Alexa 555 fluorophores.
Key InnoScan700 attributes:
  • Excellent photometric performance notably in terms of its sensitivity and signal-to-noise thanks to the association of a true pinhole confocal detection based on fast and extremely sensitive digital photomultiplier (PMT) and a dynamic autofocus system
  • Background noise greatly reducted
  • Immunization to substrate deformation and perfect scanning uniformization across the entire chip surface
  • Real-time accurate adjustement for saturation levels and easy channel balancing
  • The quickest scanner on the market (less than 3,5 minutes to scan simultaneous the 2 detection channels at 10 mm/pixel a full standard slide)
  • Scan a high density biochip with its adjustable resolution from 3 to 40 mm/pixel
