Description Hyb-Seal slide chambers are vapor-tight adhesive chambers for sealing hybridization reactions on slides. The strongly adhesive chambers are affixed over a sample on a glass slide. Reaction solution is added to one of two ports, and the ports are then sealed with plastic sealing dots. Dots can be removed and replaced to allow exchange of reaction fluid. These chambers enclose a 20 x 63 mm area and hold 465 microliters. Each package contains 100 chambers and 200 sealing dots.
