Description An immuncapture enzyme-activity assay based on measurenment of enzyme activity of TRAP 5 captured on monoclonal antibody coated microtiter plate. The procedure includes two incubation steps (1st standards, samples or controls, 2nd enzyme reaction) separated by a washing step. The assay is intended for the determination of human enzymaticaly active TRAP 5 (Tartrate Resistant Acid Phosphatase 5, TRACP 5) in serum and plasma.
