Formulation: 10% glycerol, 20mM MOPS, pH 7.5, 500mM NaCl, 60mM 2-mercaptoethanol, 1mM MgCl2, 1mM EGTA, 0.1mM MnCl2 1mM DTT, and 0.1mg/ml serum albumin

Properites: For selective in vitro dephosphorylation of proteins.

Purification: DEAE chromatography, aminohexyl-agarose and gel filtration chromatography

Quality Assurance: routinely evaluated by dephosphorylation of proteins
