Description The IDS EIA kit is a complete assay system for the measurement of 1,25-dihydroxy Vitamin D (1,25D) in human serum or plasma. The assay incorporates the same award-winning immunoextraction system found in the IDS 1,25D RIA followed by quantitation by convenient enzymeimmunoassay. The assay comes with ready to use reagents, no organic or solvent waste disposal is required. The kit contains immunocapsules and reagents for extraction of samples in duplicate. Sufficient assay reagents are provided to permit assay of 38 samples in one run or 28 samples if run in two separate assays.
