Description An easy-to-use solution that enables fully automated hybridization of microarrays on slides. The HS 400 Hybridization Station has been designed to offer researchers improved reproducibility, superior performance and the throughput necessary to perform a wide range of applications.

Incubations may be performed in the range 485C; denaturations of up to 99C. The possibility of 6 on-board reagents (4 of them pre-heated) offers the necessary choice of buffers for a wide range of applications.

Reproducible - pre-warmed reagents ensure constant buffer concentrations by preventing buffer precipitation. Highly uniform liquid distribution ensures reproducibility for all washing steps. Efficient liquid agitation and on-board slide drying maximizes the quality of results. True parallel processing without the need for scheduling guarantees exact and reproducible timings.

Reliable - unique features like bubble sensors for all liquid channels and the optional liquid level detection and barcode identification systems maximize the reliability of results. Process performance is tracked in log files throughout all the steps of the process.
