Description The Guava PCA-96 systems provide automated, higher throughput screening of 96-well microplates or a tray of microcentrifuge tubes. This flexible sample format makes the Guava PCA-96 systems ideal for screening in basic research, target validation, assay development, and even clinical trials. Like it's smaller cousin, the Guava PCA-96 uses a green laser detection system and a one scatter detector for its cellular analyses. The walkaway automated sampling of 96-well plates makes it easy to screen large numbers of samples and plates in one day. The PCA-96 can even be integrated into automated robotic systems for fully automated data acquisition and plate handling. The characteristic small sample volume and absolute cell counting found in all Guava systems helps to reduce overall sample and reagent use in the PCA-96, particularly over multiple plate runs.
