Description Polyclonal Anti-T7 [Agarose Immobilized] Goat

Immunogen: Goats were immunized with T7 cleavage site (MASMTGGQQMG). Antibody was isolated by affinity chromatography using the peptide immobilized on solid support. Goat anti- human T7 affinity purified antibodies were coupled to agarose beads using cyanogens bromide method.

Specificity: Antibody recognizes the T7 cleavage site.
