Description HVJ (hemagglutinating virus of Japan, also named Sendai virus) Envelope VECTOR KIT is a tool for transfection of molecules by means of membrane fusion. Most efficient transfection are for siRNA (RNAi), Protein, Oligo, cDNA, Antibodies, Vector, and Biomolecule in vitro and in vivo. GenomONE-Neo EX has a high fusing capability in short period of time that benetif sensitive primary cells or tissues for the reduction of toxicity, and the use in vivo protein transfusion where the transfected molecule is likely to diffuse by inter-tissue transfer.

GenomONE provides ready-to-use kits containing the HVJ envelope and auxiliary reagents (incorporation enhancer, incorporation reagent, introduction enhancer, buffer). The genome RNA of HVJ is completely inactivated, and has neither infective nor proliferative potentials in human or experimental animals. HVJ-E can be used safely at ordinary laboratories without any special safety facilities. Item ISK-GN004-EX has sufficient application of 4 vials of freez dried HVJ-E.
