GenoStat Inducible Expression System from Upstate

ProductsGenoStat Inducible Expression System from Upstate
Company Upstate
Item GenoStat Inducible Expression System
Price $599.00
Description The GenoStat Inducible Expression System provides tightly regulated control of exogenous gene expression in mammalian cells and is capable of repeated on/off expression kinetics. This degree of control is mediated by the highly specific interaction between the GenoStat Ligand and the chimeric bipartite nuclear receptor complex. Gene expression levels are easily manipulated higher or lower by simply increasing or decreasing the concentration of the GenoStat Ligand in the tissue culture media. The GenoStat Inducible Expression System provides maximal levels of gene expression (often reaching fold induction levels greater than 10,000), while minimizing basal expression levels in the absence of ligand. This precise control of gene expression utilizing the GenoStat Inducible Expression System is unmatched by any other mammalian expression system on the market.

  • Applications: RNAi/siRNA/Gene Knockdown
  • Stability: 1 year at -70°C from date of shipment
