Description The GeneSwitch Cell Lines stably express the regulatory GeneSwitch protein from pSwitch. Each cell line is functionally tested for induction ability by transient transfection with the expression control vector pGene/V5-His/lacZ and by assaying for Beta-galactosidase expression after treatment with mifepristone (Figure 1). These cell lines should be maintained under hygromycin selection.
