Description GenePix Pro is the industry standard microarray image analysis software because of its unique combination of imaging and analysis tools, visualizations, automation capabilities, performance and ease of use. GenePix Pro is included with every GenePix scanner, and it also imports TIFF images from third-party scanners and all types of arrays. A wide range of spot finding and analysis features ensure the most accurate results from both rectangular and hexagonal (orange-packed) arrays, whether they contain just a few spots or entire genomes. Select automation options for speedy one-touch scanning and analysis, or relax and explore your data using a wide range of background subtraction, normalization, and graphing tools. GenePix Pros powerful scripting toolbox lets you customize scanning, analysis, and reports for your unique needs, without a degree in programming. With the touch of a button, save your data directly to the Acuity database for advanced analysis of multi-array experiments.
