A thermostable DNA polymerase which exhibits very high activity in primer extension and other molecular biology applications. To ensure the quality of the enzyme, each lot has been functionally tested for maximal activity, specificity, and the absence of any nuclease, nicking, or self-priming activities. Supplied with Magnesium Free Buffer allowing total control of MgCl2 levels. Each Kit contains Taq DNA Polymerase, 10X Mg Free Reaction Buffer, and 25 mM MgCl2.

Enzyme Concentration - 5 units/µL.
10X Magnesium Free Reaction Buffer Components - 100 mM Tris-HCl pH 8.5, 500 mM KCl, 1% Triton X-100.
