A thermostable DNA polymerase which exhibits very high activity in primer extension and other molecular biology applications. To ensure the quality of the enzyme, each lot has been functionally tested for maximal activity, specificity, and the absence of any nuclease, nicking, or self-priming activities. Suppled with Ammonium buffer for higher fidelity and GC-rich templates. Each Kit contains Taq DNA Polymerase, 10X Reaction Buffer, and 25 mM MgCl2.

Enzyme Concentration - 5 units/µL.
10X Ammonium Reaction Buffer Components - 750 mM Tris-HCl pH 8.5, 200 mM (NH4)2SO4, 15 mM MgCl2, 1% Tween 20.
