Description A thermostable, thermoactive designer enzyme that enables RT-PCR in a one-step, single-tube-reaction. AccuRT RNA PCR enzyme allows reverse transcription and PCR amplification to be performed at elevated temperatures (65C), which helps to remove secondary structures from the template and results in highly stringent, accurate annealing of gene-specific primers. 100 reactions with controls
