Description Grace's Insect Medium is formuatled for the growth of insect cell lines including Sf9 and Sf21 cells. Grace's Insect Mediu, Unsupplemented is ideal for transfectioin because it does not contain lactalbumin hydrosylate, and yeastolate, which can interfere with transfection. Grace's Insect Medium, Supplemented is formulated for general growth and maintenance and does include lactalbumin hydrolysate, and yeastolate.
