Description GFX PCR DNA and Gel Band Purification Kit, 100. For the purification, isolation and concentration of PCR products and DNA fragments (0.1-10 kb) from solution and from TAE or TBE buffered agarose gel -slices.Purify DNA fragments from solution in as little as 5 min or from an agarose gel slice in 15 min.Prepacked glass fiber matrix columns provide consistent results and reduce handling time.Avoid ethanol precipitations and phenol extractions.Purified DNA is ready for immediate use in most applications such as automated and manual DNA sequencing, nested PCR amplification, DNA labeling, restriction analysis, ligation and cloning.
