Description The proteomic service includes protein separation by two-dimensional electrophoresis (2D-PAGE), image analysis using the PDQuest software package from Bio-Rad and protein identification by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry. In order to meet customers requirements regarding experimental design, sample preparation, data analysis and format of the results permanent contact with our Functional Proteomic Unit will be held during the service. We offer three different reproducibility services: Low reproducibility service: sample repeated twice, Average reproducibility service: sample repeated 3 times and High reproducibility service: sample repeated 4 times
