Fermentation System fedbatch pro® from DASGIP AG

ProductsFermentation System fedbatch pro® from DASGIP AG
Item Fermentation System fedbatch pro®
Description Fermentation System to achieve high experimental throughput, minimum input of resources and maximum information output 4 up to 16 culture vessels

High precision with small-scale requirements provides users with proven fermentation results when working with E.coli, Pichia pastoris, yeast, fungi or any other microbial application.

fedbatch pro® features the ability to independently control 4, 8 or 16 vessels with custom defined profiles giving you the flexibility and control for accelerated technology transfer or small scale production. Users benefit from higher productivity, ease in scalability and reliable reproducibility.

The modular system allows integration of a range of control units into the control system DASGIP Software Control 3.0. Modules include: pH, pO2 and Level Control PHPO, gas mixing station MX4/4, the Multi Pump Modules MP4 and MP8, the temperature and agitation control units TCSC4 and SC8 and the Off-Gas Analyzer GA4. All modules run with up to 16 vessels. For the range of DASGIP vessels, standard working volumes from 150 mL to 3 Liters, please find more in the Biocompare database.

  • Dimensions of each module (W x L x H): 11.9” x 12.6” x 7.5”
  • Electrical supply: 90 - 250 VAC, 50 - 60 Hz
  • Ambient conditions of modules: 5 - 40 °C, max. 80% humidity
  • Working volumes from 150 mL to 3 Liters

Please consider that ranges in volumes, speed etc, can refer to versions or different spare parts.

Number of parallel operations: Up to 16 vessels. Up to three modules are stackable. Number of modules depends on specific requirements.
