Description Leu-CMK FLISP Assay with SR-101 Labeled Substrates (red fluorescence; Ex=590 nm, Em=620 nm) • Accurately measure serine protease activation • No lysing, fixing, or permeabilization • B-Bridge's FLISP Kits utilize cell-permeable, fluorescently labeled inhibitors of serine proteases (FLISPs) to measure chymotrypsin-like activity in whole living cells. Select from several cell-permeable serine protease inhibitors labeled with either FAM (carboxyfluorescein) or SR101 (sulforhodamine 101). As the newest addition to B-Bridge's line of convenient and sensitive Apoptosis Detection Kits, the FLISP Assay can be used in conjunction with our fluorescent caspase detection assay (the FLICA Kits) in dual staining experiments on whole cells (as shown below).
