Confidentiality
Invitrogen maintains all EvoQuest ™ Laboratory Service projects in the strictest confidence. A formal materials transfer agreement can be established upon request. Contact our EvoQuest ™ Laboratory Services Representative for more information.

Sample and Shipping Information
Please adhere to the following guidelines when preparing samples to be used for EvoQuest ™ Laboratory Services orders. These guidelines have been developed to ensure that materials will be viable for your project.

All samples must be accompanied by a letter providing the following information:

  • Investigator's name, address, telephone number, and fax number
  • Purchase order number. Services will not be started without a purchase order number.
  • Quote number. Services will not be started without a quote number. Contact our EvoQuest ™ Laboratory Services Representative to obtain a quote number.
  • Please include the appropriate instructions for the services ordered (see below).
Send all starting material samples by overnight delivery on dry or blue ice, except where noted.
