Description Endogens Screening Sets contain the basic components and protocol required to develop five colorimetric sandwich ELISA plates for quantitation of a specific protein in 100 l/well of cell culture supernate. Every Screening Set contains Coating and Detection Antibodies, Recombinant Standard (5 individual standards), Streptavidin-HRP, TMB Substrate Solution (one-step) and Stop Solution. Each standard is mass calibrated for immunoassay and all components undergo quality control testing to reduce lot-to-lot variability.
