Description Easy Clean spin filters allow for the rapid isolation of DNA from high melt agarose. Simply place your DNA gel slice in the spin filter, centrifuge for 3 minutes, and the majority of your DNA is recovered. There is no need to melt agarose or use any special buffers. Spin filters can also be used for buffer exchange, primer removal from PCR reactions, and removal of excess label. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
