| Description | BUF040A is a diluent that is designed for use with HRP conjugated rabbit polyclonal detection antibodies which are paired with a mouse monoclonal coating antibody. • BUF040A contains rabbit and mouse proteins to prevent non-specific binding between the coating and detection antibodies. • This buffer may be used to stabilize newly conjugated antibodies, to reconstitute lyophilised HRP conjugates and to dilute concentrated antibodies ready for use.
