Description The product contains 5 ml Dynabeads Epoxy (4.5 m).

Hydrophobic naked beads with glycidyl ether (epoxy) reactive groups. Ideal for coupling of antibodies for cell applications. Proteins are absorbed hydrophobically on initial coupling with covalent binding of primary amine groups (NH2 and sulphydryll groups (SH)) occurring within 16-20 hours. Coupling reactions can be performed at neutral pH, with 24 hour incubation at room temperature, although temperatures between 4-37C can be used. For clinical grade version of this product, please use cat.no 402.01
