Description The Dyad Disciple thermal cycler is a dual-bay expansion for the Dyad cycler. It may also be operated independently, using a PC. The Dyad Disciple accommodates a variety of interchangeable Alpha units (sample-holder, heat-pump assemblies), which hold different types vessels, as well as the Chromo4 real-time detector. Peltier heat pumps provide exceptional thermal performance. Temperature gradient capability is available with 96-well sample blocks. Heated-lid options include a motorized lid that produces repeatable sealing. Purchase of two Alpha units is required. Dimensions are 48 x 28 x 21 cm (W x D x H) with 2 Alpha units.
