Description Acquire images with any of UVP's Doc-It systems. When further analysis is required, load the Doc-It 1D Analysis software onto your existing computer. Doc-It software offers many image analysis functions and enhancement tools. Doc-It 1D Analysis Software provides automatic lane and band finding algorithms for quick and accurate electrophoresis analysis.

Enhance-It

  • Enhance images with adjustments including brightness, contrast, gamma, emboss, invert, pseudo color
  • Annotate with text, lines, arrows, ellipse, highlighter tools
  • Reduce image noise
Analyze-It
  • Multiple image file format compatibility supporting TIFF, JPEG, BMP, GIF, etc.
  • Detect straight, curved or slanted lanes and bands automatically or manually
  • Create histograms for detailed visual analysis
  • Generate easy to interprety quantitative data of lanes and bands
  • Calibrate using multiple Molecular Weight (MW) standards
  • Produce multiple background correction curve methods for more accurate analysis
Report-It
  • Create detailed and user-configured reports showing the analysis results
  • Configure the Qwik-Link icon to automatically open any external software application
  • Produce Direct Data Exchange (DDE) and export to other software formats
  • Personalize images and reports with identifying descriptions on lanes and bands
