Kit containing Dermal Fibroblasts (Mouse/BalbC) and media. This cell culture is supplied as a long-term culture, and is guaranteed to provide an additional 6 months of continuous growth from the date supplied, when used with the recommended medium.

Source: Dermis, mouse/BalbC, embryonic day 18.5

Applications:
Cultivation: Plate at 1 x 10e4 to 3 x 10e4 cells/cm2.
Average time to confluency: 5-7 days.
Further growth: At least 6 months continuous, using recommended medium.

Quality Assurance: Free of bacteria, fungi, mycoplasma

Storage/Handling:
Cryotube: Supplied as frozen culture on dry ice. Transfer immediately to liquid nitrogen for storage until ready to use.
Medium: Basal Media: 4C
Supplements: -20C. See product labels for specific instructions.

Kit Components:

1 mL cryotube containing > 6.5 x 10e5 cells/vial

2. 500 mL kit of Basal medium with separate supplements (Part# CnT-05.S and CnT-05.BM)
