Description Removal of excess dye terminators, template DNA, primers, salts or other unwanted components from the true sequencing products have proved critical for both standard and capillary systems. This product is designed to work with dye terminator cycle sequencing chemistries such as BigDyeTM and DYEnamicTM ET. The unique uniformity of the magnetic paeticles guarantees consistent high quality, reproducible results. Since neither ethanol precipitation nor column purification steps are involved, the protocol is perfect for automated use on liquid handling robots. Contains biotinylated universal sequencing primers. Also available as 2,000 tests (Cat.No 603.06) and 20,000 tests (Cat.No 603.07)
