Description 'A New Concept in Microarrays: Biomedical Photometrics Inc. (Waterloo, Ontario, Canada) and CLONDIAG chip technologies GmbH (Jena, Germany) have collaborated to develop a fluorescence reader for the new CLONDIAG ArrayTube System. The DNAscope AT is based on BPIs patented MACROscope technology. The new DNAscope AT automatically reads up to six ArrayTubes in sequence using a confocal laser scanning mechanism like that used in BPIs other DNAscope readers for Genetic Microarrays. Reading time is less than one minute per fluorophore per ArrayTube. The initial system contains two lasers and is housed in a small case that fits easily on the laboratory bench.

  • Upgradeable to include a third laser light source. Up to 8 different emission filters can be provided.
  • 16 bit dynamic range, optimize useful dynamic range with calibration feature and gain control.
