Description DNA Visualizer DX's sensitivity of DNA detection has been improved. With Gene Coloring Solution, a DNA band in an agarose gel can be detected > 20 ng. The excised DNA with this kit can be purified by organic solvent extraction or with other commercially available kits. (All tested commercially kits worked well.) DNA excised from agarose gel can be used for many downstream experiments, such as enzyme digestion, PCR, sequencing, in vitro transcription, as well as cloning.
