Description Convenient, easy-to-use kits for arraying proteins of interest with sensitive chemiluminescent detection using common lab equipment. DiscoverLight Protein Array Kits allow for multiplex analysis of your protein, cell lysate or antibody in a low-density array format. The kits include specially designed nitrocellulose membranes with a 384-grid template for arraying your proteins of interest. Eighteen positive control elements consisting of biotin (yellow color element on membrane) and peroxidase (blue color element on membrane) serve as positional and functional markers throughout the membrane sheet. The membrane sheet is designed so that it may be segmented for smaller or multiple screens.

DiscoverLight Array Kits also include blocking and wash buffers, stabilized peroxidase-conjugate, and SuperSignal West Pico Chemiluminescent Substrate to enable sensitive yet simple picogram-level detection of the immobilized target by X-ray film or CCD camera.
