Description Process Control at its Best: DASGIPs Process Control integrates Process Automization, Real-Time Monitoring, Online Changes & comprehensive documentation for cultivation processes.

A wide range of parameters auch as pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature and agitation speed are accessible and changeable online.
Profiles, e.g. constant or scheduled media flow, are changeable during proccess runtime, too. Offline values and events are documented. Variable logging intervals allow optimal degree of details. Free defined software triggers enhance process automation. Data can be exported and documented for MS-Excel®.

DASGIP's Process Control features a professional database with access control (MS-SQL-Server®) and integrated automatic backup. Optional remote access is provided. Online calibrations of sensors are possible. Online charts are user configurable and can be printed out on a single mouseclick. Its possible at any time to enter offline values and user events.
The graphical process view shows all essential information at a glance. Process computer hardware and a 17” LCD monitor guarantee optimal display and performance.

Further options are Metabolic activity monitoring & feeding, alternate gassing without nitrogen, Level control with level sensors, antifoam control, Perfusion, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, Monitoring of external signals, Control of external cultivation systems and Remote licenses.

DASGIP Process Control is the tried and tested core component of the DASGIP Cultivation Systems fedbatch-pro® and cellferm-pro® for microbiology and cell culture.
