ProductsCopyControl cDNA, Gene and PCR Cloning Kit w/ Chemically Competent E. coli cells from EPICENTRE Biotechnologies
Company EPICENTRE Biotechnologies
Item CopyControl cDNA, Gene and PCR Cloning Kit w/ Chemically Competent E. coli cells
Price $310.00
Description The CopyControl™ PCR Cloning Kits are designed to speed up the PCR cloning process and to ensure that all PCR products, regardless of sequence or type of polymerase used, are efficiently cloned. All PCR products including those that are difficult to clone by other PCR cloning methods or that may be unstable or code for potentially detrimental proteins can be cloned and maintained as single copy to ensure their stability. Once the clones are identified, they can be induced to high copy number for high yields of DNA. Cloning of PCR products and screening of the clones can be done in as little as 24 hours. Any PCR product up to 5 Kkb can be readily cloned without the need for gel purification or post-PCR modification (e.g. addition of 3'-dA). Kits ensure >95% recombinant (white) colonies and yield > 5 X 105 cfu/µg of PCR product. Kits include chemical competent TransforMax™ EPI300™ E. coli required for induction of clones to multiple copy number.
