Description The kit contains 5 ml CELLection Dynabeads (4.5 m) coated with the monoclonal antibody against the human epithelial antigen EpCAM and DNase Releasing Buffer.

For up to 5 log enrichment of epithelial tumour cells directly from blood, bone marrow or MNC. Tumour cells clumps can be enriched from bone marrow. Enriched cells are viable and bead-free and are suitable for immunocytochemical staining.
