Description Blocker Arrays can be used to test the crossreactivity of an antibody against various proteins and sera that are commonly used as blocking reagents or antigen carriers. The array contains spots for 21 different protein preparations on a nitrocellulose membrane. Application: Determination of antibody crossreactivity and species specificity, QC of purified antibodies, selection of suitable blockers for Western blot, ELISA and IHC, identification of an unknown carrier in an immunogenic conjugate, clarification of high background and/or unexpected binding. Storage: 2-8 C
