Description The ApopTag Fluorescein Direct In Situ Apoptosis Detection Kit detects apoptotic cells in situ by the direct TUNEL method. The DNA fragments are tagged with a directly labeled fluorescein nucleotide. The kit provides fluorescence staining for 40 samples which are analyzed using flow cytometry.
