Description UbcH7 interacts with the HECT protein, E6-AP and the c-Cbl RING domain. Evidence suggests that this E2 is involved in both the degradation of non-""N-end rule"" protein substrates and of certain N-a -acetylated proteins as well as the degradation of tumor suppressor protein p53.
