Description This monoclonal antibody recognizes 30% of IgM-rheumatoid factor paraproteins from unrelated individuals. It does not cross-react with IgM, IgA, or IgG proteins lacking rheumatoid factor nor with pooled F(Ab)2 fragments. This antibody can be used in ELISA to detect rheumatoid factor.
